ADF worked for me. I was 246 lbs, and now I'm 232 lb. I feel great. I fit better into my clothes and lighter on my feet. It's the inches for me. I love not having to worry about eating for a day. My body has enough fat it can survive .😅

I remember when i was depressed and didn't want to eat ,i lose 5kg in 2 months. But once i was comfortable again and happy i started eating more and boom back to square one.😅

I’m 8 months postpartum gained 15 additional pounds after birth weighed 188 before pregnancy and 221 after currently 237 I’m having hard time with losing weight every time I look at myself In the mirror I feel disgusted with myself but then go an eat I feel like it’s out of depression I’ve tried keto and intermittent fasting but nothing seems to work for me and I feel like I gained weight doing it I’m lost and out of ways to stay on a consistent diet my issue is having the urge to eat like im always craving something to eat I need help!!☹️😔

Is your hair straightened or natural? If natural how do you make it so straight?
